In recent years, it has been advocated to expand and extend the special measures for promoting the increase of international ships in order to secure and strengthen the international competitiveness.
At Kurosawa Maritime Consulting Office, we formulate a meticulous work schedule to ensure that there are no omissions in the flag state change procedures, and act as the coordinator of communication among the parties, with Marine Procedure Attorneys who are familiar with the maritime laws and regulations on shipping, ships, crew and others.
If you want to change the breakdown of the maximum number of persons on board, you need to apply for a certificate replacement promptly. This procedure allows you to increase or decrease the number of "crew" and "other passengers" without changing the total number of persons on board.
At Kurosawa Maritime Consulting Office supports certificate etc. electronicization procedures, which reduce the amount of work involved in issuing and rewriting certificate etc., reducing costs such as postage costs, and reducing the time it takes to receive documents on the same day.
