STEP 01　ーDetail of Quotation/Requestー

◇ Quotation/Request

Our staff will create a quotation and order form based on the request details we hear from you, and send it to you by email or other means. Please check the contents of the quotation and, if you would like to request our service, please sign and seal the order form and send it to us by email attachment or mail.  

Your order will be accepted when we receive your order form. 

◇ Urgent Requests

If the content of your request requires urgent response, such as the departure date of the managed ship is imminent, we may omit the quotation and order form and accept your order at the time of your contact. 

STEP 02　ーDetail of Work execution/Deliverable deliveryー

◇ Meeting

Our staff will have a meeting with you to prepare for the work execution. 

The main content of the meeting will be about the preparation of the list of necessary materials (①).   

◇ Material Receipt

We will receive the materials and other materials necessary for the work execution by email or mail.  

If you have any questions about the preparation of the materials, please consult our staff.   

◇ Work Execution

Based on the content we heard from you in the meeting, we will finalize the deliverables after confirmation and correction by the government agencies and the classification society, and start creating the list of deliverables (②) and the delivery schedule table (③). *Depending on the type of deliverables, there may be procedures that require prepayment of registration license tax and other fees, so we may ask you to pay the fees in advance. 

Please note that if you want to choose from several patterns of the list of necessary materials (①), the list of deliverables (②), and the delivery schedule table (③), you may need a separate quotation. *For long-term projects that require several months for the delivery of the deliverables, we can create a work flowchart. 

◇ Deliverable delivery

Our staff will complete the delivery of the deliverables by sending or handing them over to you at the date and place you specify. *For overseas delivery of the deliverables, please consult with us. 

STEP 03　ーDetail of Payment/Aftercareー

◇ Payment

 As a general rule, we will send you an invoice for the work execution fee after the delivery of all the deliverables is completed. We will charge you the work execution fee in a lump sum. If any additional costs occur during the work execution, we will also charge you the total amount of those costs. 

◇ Aftercare

We will accept your inquiries and consultations about any questions or usage methods of the deliverables. We will listen to your content by email or phone, and support you until the resolution.
